Inspired by her husband and late father (and the conditions they suffered), Emily Magee retrained as a health and nutrition coach and achieved an advanced diploma in the subject.
She believes passionately in the power of education (& re-education) to help all manner of conditions, including high blood pressure, diabetes (type II), prediabetes, IBS, eczema and migraines – to name just a few. She advises that people address chronic issues by making a series of simple adjustments to daily life.
As a happy side effect to Emily’s work, people often experience weight loss by following her advice.

Eight years ago I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. Since then my energy levels has been low leading to a below par quality of life. Emily did an analysis of my eating habits over several weeks and made some practical changes to my buying, cooking and eating regime along with suggestions on supplements to aid my low energy level.
